JKJ Racing Team

JKJ MX School and JKJ Racing Team are motocross coaching and team initiatives led by Danish rider and coach Jesper Kjær Jørgensen. Drawing on a lifetime in the sport, Jesper offers motocross schools and individual coaching for riders in Denmark and abroad, including Sweden, Italy and the United States. Training is tailored to each rider, with the aim of building skills and supporting stronger results on the track.

Jesper began racing at five and says his career includes 27 Danish championship titles and one European championship. He was also part of Team Denmark from 1988 to 2000, experience that informs his approach to preparing riders both mentally and physically for competition. The JKJ Racing Team offers a supportive community where riders receive focused training, guidance and encouragement.

In addition to motocross coaching, Jesper offers coaching for businesses. He is a trained pedagogue with a specialism in children and young people aged 5–18 on the autism spectrum and with ADHD, and welcomes conversations with families seeking further information.
