About Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan
JKP is a social security program offering cash benefits, counseling, job market information, and training for workers who have experienced termination of employment. Participants can enjoy monthly cash aid for up to 6 months, counseling for career guidance, priority access to job openings, and job-specific competency-based training to enhance their skills. To qualify for JKP benefits, participants must have been a BPJS member for at least 12 months in the last 24 months and have paid contributions for 6 consecutive months before the termination of employment.
