Jasmin Maus Training offers exercise and postnatal recovery courses for mothers in the Frechen and Kerpen area of Germany. The sessions are conducted under physiotherapeutic guidance and are designed to support mothers through recovery and ongoing fitness. Courses are closed, structured blocks rather than drop-in classes, with postnatal sessions building progressively. The Mamafit course focuses on functional full-body exercise, including back, abdominal and pelvic-floor work; participants should have completed their postnatal recovery before joining.
The courses have been reviewed by health insurers under Sections 20, 20a and 20b of Germany’s Social Code and are recognized as preventive courses. After completing a course, participants receive a certificate to submit to their statutory health insurer and may qualify for reimbursement; the amount varies by insurer. Babies aged three to 15 months may attend, and mothers can pause to feed or change them before rejoining. Classes are offered in person only. A trial session may be available by arrangement for the Mamafit course, but not for postnatal recovery sessions.
