Johnson + McLean x Design

Johnson + McLean x Design, LLC is a full-service architecture studio serving clients from locations in Fernandina Beach, Florida, and Woodland Park, Colorado. The firm works on a broad range of projects, from tenant improvement renovations to ground-up facilities of up to 80,000 square feet. Its approach balances design goals with practical considerations such as budgets, site limitations, and project scope, aiming to create spaces that are both functional and visually thoughtful.

The studio uses 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) as design and production tools, supporting project coordination and helping deliver architecture at a reasonable cost. Johnson + McLean x Design also gathers information from vendors, consultants, and engineers, integrating their input to coordinate project details and ease the burden on owners. The firm places emphasis on craftsmanship and the smaller design nuances that can be overlooked during construction. Its services include architecture and project design, and prospective clients can request a free consultation to discuss bringing their vision to life.
