Joan Völker – Sport and Health Consulting is an independent advisory service based in Templin, supporting communities, schools, childcare centers, sports clubs, associations and businesses across northeastern Brandenburg, particularly in the Uckermark, Barnim and Oberhavel districts. The consultancy helps clients promote health, physical activity and wellbeing, with support from initial analysis through implementation and evaluation.

Services are tailored to each organization’s needs. Municipalities and public administrations can receive assistance with funding applications, coordination of local sport and health projects, and health days. Clubs and associations can access funding and sponsorship support, organizational development advice, training and workshops. For schools and childcare centers, services include workplace health management, parent evenings, sports activities, health days and professional development. Businesses can receive help establishing workplace health management, conducting employee surveys and workplace assessments, and organizing workshops and health events.

The work aims to reduce health-related absences, strengthen satisfaction at work and in daily life, and create environments that encourage movement. Joan Völker offers a free initial consultation for organizations exploring potential projects.
