Jobita is a Nigerian career and recruitment platform that connects jobseekers with employers and recruiters. It brings together job opportunities across the country, with listings in fields such as administration, information technology, customer care, sales, engineering, finance, and real estate. Roles include internships, contract positions, and full-time work, with openings displayed by location and, where provided, salary range.

For candidates, Jobita offers tools to create a profile, explore vacancies, and receive customised job alerts based on experience, industry, function, and preferred location. Its premium alert service can recommend profiles to employers seeking candidates with matching criteria. Jobseekers can also access soft-skills courses and earn certificates that can be added to their profiles; the site provides certificate verification.

Employers and recruiters can post jobs and search a diverse pool of candidates, helping them identify potential hires and streamline recruitment. With job discovery, career-development resources, and hiring services in one place, Jobita supports both sides of the employment process in Nigeria.
