About Jordan Olympic
Welcome to Jordan Olympic, the governing body for sports in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. With a legacy dating back to 1957, the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) has nurtured and developed 34 Olympic and non-Olympic sports federations, paving the way for the growth and success of sports in Jordan. Under the visionary leadership of HRH Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein, the JOC has positioned Jordan as a prominent participant in regional and international sports events, earning accolades from the global sports community.
In fact, the JOC was hailed by Dr Jacques Rogge, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), as one of the world's Top 10% Olympic Committees. At Jordan Olympic, our core values of friendship, balance, aspiration, excellence, and respect guide us in molding our nation's finest athletes. We work hand in hand with sports federations in the kingdom to nurture and train athletes who will represent Jordan on the world stage.
