Dodson Dimensional Design presents the one-of-a-kind, large-format artwork of DFW-based artist Jody Dodson. Known for handcrafted pieces made from wood and clay, Jody creates sculptural works distinguished by their precision, rich texture, and three-dimensional depth. Each artwork is made by hand, giving every piece an individual character.
Jody’s practice grew from an early appreciation of natural materials and craftsmanship, inspired by her father, a builder. What began as creations for family and charitable organizations developed into a distinctive artistic voice. After a life-changing period caring for her husband and daughter following a near-fatal accident, Jody chose to leave her corporate career in early 2025 and focus fully on her art.
Today, Dodson Dimensional Design offers original artworks for collectors and welcomes inquiries about commissioned pieces. Visitors interested in purchasing an existing work or exploring a custom commission can contact the studio through its website. With a growing community of collectors and ongoing commissions, the brand provides a direct way to discover and acquire Jody’s distinctive dimensional art.
