About JogOn
JogOn is dedicated to reducing landfill waste by recycling running shoes, giving them a second life through distribution across 15 sites in Africa and South America. Founded in 2009 by an individual inspired to combat the environmental impact of discarded footwear, the initiative has since transformed into a powerful movement. Each year, approximately 30 million pairs of running shoes are thrown away, despite many still being in good condition.
