John P O'Connell

Dr John P. O’Connell’s practice provides private paediatric care in London for babies, children and adolescents from birth to age 18. Dr O’Connell is a consultant paediatrician with extensive experience caring for families from across the UK and internationally. He holds a senior consultant role at The Children’s Trust, a charity supporting children with acquired brain injury, and sees private patients at Cromwell Hospital and Parkside Hospital.

The practice offers care across a broad range of childhood health needs, including general check-ups, feeding and sleep difficulties, skin conditions, immunisations, infections, respiratory concerns, digestive problems, growth and nutrition, and developmental issues. Families can also seek advice about concerns such as bed-wetting, headaches, seizures and migraines. UK and non-UK immunisation schedules are available.

Alongside clinic appointments, Dr O’Connell offers private home visits and hotel visits for families in London, including visitors to the UK. The practice describes its approach as personalised and discreet, with out-of-hours contact available when necessary. It also manages medical records previously held by Dr Jack Singer’s practice.
