JOHUD is a well-established brand that aims to create sustainable and inclusive communities living with social justice and dignity. The brand's history dates back to 1977 when it was originally known as the Queen Alia Fund for Social Welfare Fund (QAF).
Founded by His Late Majesty King Hussein bin Talal, the organization was created to improve the lives of the poorest Jordanians. H. R.
H. Princess Basma Bint Talal has been the Chairperson of JOHUD since its inception, ensuring its commitment to its mission. JOHUD has been a pioneer in sustainable human development for over 45 years.
