Onsite helps businesses and individuals earn income from everyday work by turning approved first-person footage into AI training data. The company supplies or supports lightweight phone head mounts that let people record tasks hands-free, including cleaning, cooking, repairs, laundry, gardening, mechanical work, and pottery. Participants use the Onsite app to manage recordings, review clips, and approve footage before it is uploaded. The app can blur faces and rooms on the phone, and users can delete recordings at any time.

For business partners, Onsite manages hardware, setup, privacy controls, and payouts. Employees record work they already do, while the business receives a share of revenue for each approved hour. Individuals can also join the program on their own schedule; their head mount is reimbursed after they complete 10 accepted hours. Onsite pays weekly for approved footage, with earnings tracked in the app. The service is designed to add a revenue stream without disrupting normal work, while giving participants control over what they record and share.
