JOMA Construtora is a Brazilian real estate developer specializing in high-end residential projects in Capão da Canoa and Xangri-Lá, on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul. Founded on a construction legacy dating to 1978, the company builds on the experience and reputation of its founder, Joacir Martinello. JOMA emphasizes precise engineering, distinctive architecture, carefully selected locations, and close attention to materials, finishes, lighting, and interiors.
Its projects are developed in limited numbers, with few units and individually considered designs, reflecting the company’s focus on exclusivity and quality rather than repetition. The portfolio includes the Edifício Joacir Martinello in Capão da Canoa, an oceanfront residential building featuring one apartment per floor and 25 meters of frontage facing the sea. JOMA presents its developments as combining technology, comfort, durability, safety, and refined design.
The company also provides a relationship center in Capão da Canoa and invites prospective clients to contact it for project information and updates about new developments along the coast
