Jones Valley Farms

Jones Valley Farms is a family-run equestrian and event destination on 23 scenic acres in Athens, Georgia. Founded in 2021 by Jess and Matt Jones, the farm brings together a long-standing passion for horses, a safety-first approach, and a welcoming community. Its landscape includes a barn, creek, and pond, creating space for learning, recreation, and celebrations. Jess Jones contributes nearly 20 years of equestrian leadership to the farm’s programs.

The farm offers English riding lessons and an equestrian team for children and adults, with instruction focused on sound fundamentals, confidence, and development. Horse experiences give families and groups of up to 10 the opportunity to pet, feed, and ride. Additional services include full-service horse boarding in a 10-stall barn, farm photography settings, pony birthday parties, and other events. Jones Valley Farms also hosts farm-chic weddings, with scenic spaces and flexible vendor options. Programs and visits are available by appointment, and the farm emphasizes attentive care for horses, personal service, and a supportive barn culture.
