Joni Restaurant

Joni is a contemporary Canadian restaurant at the heart of Park Hyatt Toronto, located on Avenue Road in Toronto. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, it pairs familiar, recognizable fare with an elevated approach, expressive cooking and carefully chosen ingredients. Its modern point of view is complemented by thoughtful hospitality, making the restaurant a destination from the first coffee of the day to the last evening pour.

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jonathan Williams, whose more than 17 years of culinary experience include work at leading Toronto restaurants, Michelin-starred venues in England and notable establishments in New York. Known for clean, precise flavours, he emphasizes sustainability through sourcing and collaboration with local farmers. A certified sommelier, Williams also brings wine expertise to Joni’s food and tasting menus.

Guests can explore a five-course chef’s tasting menu, reinterpreted classic cocktails and a curated wine selection. Joni also hosts live music weekly from Thursday through Sunday.
