Jordan’s Place Pediatrics directs patients to call 911 for medical emergencies and to contact the clinician’s office by phone when a non-urgent matter requires a response within less than two business days. Account access requires identity confirmation and personal login credentials. Parents or guardians may request and access accounts on behalf of minor children.
