Jos Nusbaumer is an independent and family-owned French distillery, founded in Alsace in 1947. With over 70 years of experience, our artisanal distillery specializes in the distillation and production of eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, fruit creams, and gins. We pride ourselves on our traditional craftsmanship and have recently expanded our expertise to include new botanical distillations, such as a Mountain Gin and a French Aquavit.

Situated in the beautiful Alsace region, our distillery benefits from its ecologically diverse environment and has always distilled a wide range of plants and fruits, from pears and raspberries to regional berries and botanicals.
