José Luis Ágreda is a distinguished freelance illustrator and comic artist, known for his diverse contributions to the fields of editorial, advertising, and animation since 1998. His artistic works have graced notable newspapers and magazines, including El País and El Jueves, as well as major Spanish book publishers such as Planeta and Norma Editorial. Ágreda's talent in animation shines through his role as Art Director for the acclaimed animated feature film "Buñuel in the Labyrinth of the Turtles."

In addition to his extensive experience in commercial and editorial illustration, he has created beloved children's literature, including a series of fifteen books featuring his character CARLA, published by Timun Mas.
