Josh Brookes is an Australian motorcycle racer whose career spans road racing, superbikes and international competition. He began racing motocross at age four, moved to road racing at 16, and relocated to Europe after winning Australian championships. Since 2005, he has competed internationally, including in the British Superbike Championship and World Superbike Championship. A two-time British Superbike Champion, having won the title in 2015 and 2020, Brookes is set to compete for DAO Honda in the 2026 championship.
His road-racing career includes an Isle of Man TT debut in 2013, when he became the event’s fastest newcomer. He is also described as the fastest Australian at the TT. Brookes has raced in the Suzuka 8 Hours, earning second place in 2013 and third in 2017, and finished third in the World Supersport Championship.
