Josh’s Water Jobs (JWJ) is a leading online platform dedicated to connecting professionals with exciting career opportunities in the global water sector. Founded in 2011, JWJ started as a simple listserv but evolved into a comprehensive job listing website by 2016, showcasing a wide array of job opportunities related to water policy, governance, management, finance, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), and more. The platform features specialized job categories, such as water resource and consultancy jobs, entry-level positions, and internships, making it easier for job seekers to find relevant roles that match their skills and experience.

In addition to job listings, JWJ offers recruitment services to organizations, helping them tailor their search for talent in the water industry. With a commitment to bridging the gender and human resources gaps in this field, JWJ aims to foster a sustainable future for water accessibility worldwide. The platform is also set to expand its offerings with new career development resources slated for release in 2026, further enhancing support for both job seekers and employers in the water community.
