About Joslyn Art Museum
The Joslyn Art Museum, set to reopen on September 10, 2024, is a vibrant cultural hub located in Omaha, Nebraska. Celebrating 5,000 years of human creativity, the museum showcases an impressive collection of art across three distinct buildings. Visitors will be able to enjoy 100 newly acquired works, alongside three outstanding exhibitions in a stunningly reimagined space. The museum prides itself on accessibility, offering free general admission to all guests, a commitment made possible by the generosity of the Holland Foundation.
Operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with extended hours until 8 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This reopening marks the culmination of a significant renovation project, enhancing the Joslyn’s role in the community. Members of the museum can engage in unique experiences and foster connections with art through a variety of membership benefits.
