About Josuha Guilavogui Foundation
The Josuha Guilavogui Foundation is a philanthropic organization established by Josuha Guilavogui to support an orphanage he founded in Conakry, Guinea in 2019. Together with his team, Josuha ensures that 21 orphaned children grow up in a safe and nurturing environment, providing them with a genuine chance for a better future. In 2021, the official establishment of the Josuha Guilavogui Foundation marked a significant milestone in securing the long-term future of the orphanage.
The foundation operates under the umbrella of Deutsche StiftungsTrust, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, ensuring professional administration and safeguarding of the foundation's capital. Additionally, support from the International Giving Foundation and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) plays a crucial role in the success of the foundation's work. This collaboration ensures that donations and contributions are purposefully utilized to benefit the children in need.
Josuha Guilavogui, a professional football player currently playing for VfL Wolfsburg in the German Bundesliga, is deeply committed to this project, viewing it as more than just financial support.
