Questions of Management is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal serving an international audience. Published since 2007, it examines how organizations and regions in developing countries address contemporary management challenges, drawing on management studies, political science, public administration, sociology, and economics. The journal publishes research on economic systems, social management, government and public service, and related fields. Recent topics include corporate governance, business participation in urban development, social policy, health capital, migration, and digital solutions for informing citizens about health-insurance rights.

The journal is established by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and published by its Ural Institute of Management in Yekaterinburg. It provides readers with current and archived issues, including full-issue PDFs and individual research articles, with content available in Russian and English. Authors can submit manuscripts and consult the journal’s information on peer review, publication ethics, and editorial policies. The publication currently appears four times a year; through 2025, it issued six editions annually. Its content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International.
