Since opening its doors in 1997, The Journey Museum & Learning Center has prioritized learning and preserving the heritage and cultures of the Black Hills region. They aim to help visitors understand and value the past, enrich the present, and meet the challenges of the future.

Plan your visit during their Winter Hours (October 1st – April 30th) from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and 1 PM to 5 PM on Sundays. During Summer Hours (May 1st – September 30th), the museum is open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 5 PM on Sundays. Admission is valid for two days and costs $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $7 for students (ages 6-17), and free for children 5 and under.
