Journeys Speech

Journeys to Success Speech is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice based in Amherst, Ohio, serving families across Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Erie counties and the Greater Cleveland area. Led by speech-language pathologist Cindy Anthony, M. A., CCC-SLP, the practice helps children build communication skills through individualized, research-based assessment and engaging, play-based therapy.

Services address speech sound disorders and delays, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language, early intervention, reading comprehension, fluency, social communication, and communication needs related to autism spectrum disorder. The practice also offers parent coaching, parent consultation for IEPs, and school contracting for direct services and case management. Sessions use games, toys, books, movement, and play routines to work toward each child’s goals, with families included in assessment and treatment.

Journeys to Success offers a free phone consultation and can provide a superbill for families seeking possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement; FSA and HSA funds may also be used. The practice is private pay and accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo
