Jouw Koers Centraal

Jouw Koers Centraal is an equine coaching and Natural Horsemanship practice led by Jolanda Kuper-Gjaltema in Nij Beets, Friesland. An equine coach, trainer, and instructor, Jolanda centers her work on connection, communication, and personal development, using horses to help people gain insight and move toward greater balance.

The practice offers individual coaching, group sessions, and “mirroring,” in which horses’ responses support conversations about intentions, feelings, thoughts, and behavior. Coaching can address personal boundaries, leadership, resilience, and recognizing or changing patterns. Group work explores team dynamics, shared vision, and how individual personalities influence collaboration. Clients may also ask about coaching with their own horse.

For horse owners, Jouw Koers Centraal provides Natural Horsemanship lessons in groundwork, liberty work, double long-lining, and riding. Instruction helps participants understand their horse’s signals, improve communication, ease tension, and build a balanced relationship. The practice’s coaching team includes Guinny, a Tinker mare; Alves, a French trotter gelding; and Fanny, a miniature Shetland mare. Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, with Sundays closed.
