Jouw Kompass

Jouw Kompass is the autism coaching practice of Jessica Schippers, a certified autism coach based in Zwolle-Stadshagen, offering in-person and online support. The practice helps people with autism find greater calm, structure, self-understanding and balance in everyday life. Its approach is tailored to each person’s needs, focusing not on perfection but on recognizing personal signals and understanding what supports wellbeing.

Clients can choose a programme focused on reducing stress and preventing overwhelm, or one addressing communication, connection and understanding in relationships. Flexible individual sessions are also available for working through personal questions and goals. Prospective clients can get in touch by email, WhatsApp or contact form to ask questions or arrange an introductory conversation.

Jouw Kompass also shares practical guidance and inspiration through Jess’ Blog. Topics include planning, managing stress and sensory overload, self-care, relaxation, creativity and autism-related resources. Jessica’s writing draws on her interests and experiences, including books and everyday ways to maintain balance.
