Jøwåy is a restaurant in central Nuremberg, Germany, led by chef and host Johannes Hannweg. Since 2020, Hannweg has created changing menus focused on carefully selected ingredients, using regional vegetables, fruit and herbs wherever possible alongside international specialties. The restaurant presents fine dining as an experience shaped by product quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful wine pairings. Its offerings include à la carte dining, multi-course menus and special events, such as Sunday lunches and cooking courses featuring fish and shellfish, with accompanying wines.

Jøwåy also hosts private celebrations at the restaurant for groups of six or more, including birthdays, company events and holiday gatherings. Arrangements can include tailored menus and selected wines, and the restaurant may open outside its regular hours by prior agreement. For events elsewhere, its catering service serves groups of six to 70, with options ranging from barbecues and composed menus to flying buffets and canapés, plus drinks. The restaurant received a red toque from Gault & Millau in 2025 and a Varta recommendation for 2026.
