Studio Joyou is a wellbeing and movement studio in Wolvega, serving women in the surrounding areas of Friesland, Drenthe and Overijssel. Founded by Renoeska, the studio offers a welcoming, attentive environment where clients can work on health, strength, relaxation and self-awareness at their own pace. Its approach combines physical and mental support, with services available individually or in combination.

Personal training is offered one-to-one for women, as well as in duo and small-group sessions. Training is tailored to each client’s level, goals and abilities, whether they want to build strength or fitness, lose weight or improve their energy. The studio also provides Yin yoga, relaxation massages, individual and duo breathwork sessions, and body-oriented therapy. Breathwork and therapeutic sessions use the body to support regulation, a sense of safety and greater awareness, and may help clients address stress, tension and overstimulation. Additional offerings include BRTT® and TRB® sessions, nutritional advice and cold-water training. Studio Joyou also welcomes enquiries about providing breathwork or yoga for groups, businesses, events and retreats.
