JPay Help

JPay is a digital communication service designed to facilitate connection between family and friends and incarcerated individuals. Through JPay.com and mobile apps available for both Android and iOS, users can send emails, photos, eCards, and even video messages using the innovative VideoGram feature. A unique aspect of JPay is the purchase of digital stamps, which are required to send emails and attachments.

Depending on the correctional facility, messages may be delivered electronically via kiosks and tablets or printed and handed over just like traditional mail. JPay also allows the transfer of stamps, supporting prepaid reply options to enhance correspondence. The platform is committed to ensuring secure communication, as all messages are monitored in accordance with facility regulations. With JPay, staying connected with loved ones behind bars is made easier and more efficient, bringing a touch of modern technology to the world of corrections.
