Jurong Port Universal Terminal is a prominent brand known for being the largest independent petroleum storage terminal in Singapore and a significant commercial storage facility globally. Covering 56 hectares of land on Jurong Island Singapore, equivalent to 60 football fields, the terminal boasts a storage capacity of 2.33 million cubic meters and state-of-the-art berthing facilities. Operational since January 2008, this terminal was designed with a trader's perspective in mind, focusing on enhancing flexibility and efficiency by offering comprehensive services for storage, blending, and distribution requirements.

With 15 jetties, including 2 for Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), Jurong Port Universal Terminal can accommodate the simultaneous berthing of 2 fully laden VLCCs for cargo operations. The inner basin features 9 bunker barge berths equipped with flow meters, capable of loading up to 1,000 cubic meters per hour per hose. Vessels of up to 15,000 Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) can be accommodated at the berths in the inner basin, with a draft of up to 11 meters.
