About JRE POINT
JRE POINT is the shared loyalty program operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), bringing together ways to earn and use points across JR East services and participating shopping destinations. Members can collect points through railway use, Suica payments, and purchases at station buildings, as well as by linking eligible services such as Suica, JRE POINT Cards, and View Cards. Points can be used in a variety of ways, including charging Suica and shopping at station buildings.
The program also connects with JRE MALL, JR East’s online marketplace, where customers can shop for goods and purchase tickets and other experiences using points. Members can explore campaigns, check their JRE POINT Stage, and access related guidance and support through the website. The JRE POINT app adds further convenience, with stage-specific coupon offers and barcode-based point use at station buildings.
