JSAC | Jaffna is a Sri Lankan non-governmental organization that is dedicated to working for change and improving the lives of vulnerable individuals in the Jaffna Peninsula and the Northern and Eastern provinces. Established in 2003, JSAC focuses on providing special protection and support to former IDPs (returnees), women-headed families, and children living in poverty-stricken areas. Their projects aim to reduce the impact of disaster and trauma, as well as promote durable development.

The organization places particular emphasis on the protection of children and women. Over the years, JSAC has positively impacted the lives of over 60,000 individuals in various districts and divisions within the Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya, Mannar, Trincomalee, and Batticaloa regions. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, JSAC's dedicated staff has successfully implemented their planned projects and provided assistance to vulnerable families through the provision of dry rations.
