Jazz Solidarity Network (JSN) is a newly founded NGO based in Athens, aiming to create new opportunities for funding and promoting the work of Greek artists who have references to jazz and improvisation. Its interdisciplinary approach is based οn building new synergies and collaborations among artists of different arts (beneficiaries of the network) and everyone who is involved or would like to support the art production (supporters of the network). Furthermore, JSN is aiming to create new links with the wider public and the private sector inside and outside Greece, in order for the Greek jazz community to flourish. Links that strengthen and expand what is already happening (concerts, festivals, productions of all kinds, etc.) by choosing independent and collective ways, but also “out of the box” initiatives. JSN focuses on creating international partnerships and providing a platform for cross-border exchanges and innovative projects which will open the Greek jazz scene to the rest of the world.

About Jazz Solidarity Network
Jazz Solidarity Network is a non-profit cultural organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the Greek jazz and improvisation scene. By creating partnerships and collaborations with public and private sectors, both within and outside the country, JSN aims to provide funding, promotion, and recognition for Greek artists. The network operates with a transparent management team and offers support to artists without financial contributions required.
Through digital platforms like crowdfunding and an e-shop, creators can finance and promote their work freely. JSN also seeks to connect the music community with other art sectors like dance, theater, and visual arts. Inspired by similar initiatives, JSN collaborates with various organizations to expand opportunities for Greek artists.
