Jess Swart Behavior

J Swart Behavior Consulting provides virtual behavior support for parents and caregivers of autistic and neurodivergent children. Led by Jess Swart, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 25 years of experience working with children and families, the practice serves families around the world, including in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Its approach uses Positive Behavior Support and is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and assent-based. Rather than relying on force or fear, Jess works with families to understand what a child’s behavior may communicate and develop practical, individualized ways to reduce distress and build skills.

Services include one-to-one behavior consultation, parent and caregiver coaching, support for meltdowns and severe or challenging behaviors, and programs for communication, social, emotional-regulation, and independence skills. Families can also get help with daily living needs such as toileting, sleep, mealtimes, dressing, and hygiene. For schools and professionals, the practice offers workshops and consultation. Self-paced resources include free video training, courses, mini-courses, and toolkits. Families can begin with a free discovery call.
