JTHG, Journey Through Hallowed Ground, is a nonprofit organization devoted to raising awareness about the rich historical, cultural, and natural resources that span from Gettysburg to Monticello. This National Heritage Area encompasses a 180-mile long and 75-mile wide region, offering a captivating exploration into American history. JTHG provides visitors with an array of opportunities to delve into the past through its diverse historic sites, including battle sites, historic towns and villages, historical homes, museums, and national and state parks.
