Ju-Jitsu

Ju-Jitsu Kreuzlingen is a martial arts club based in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, dedicated to the practice of Ju-Jitsu, a Japanese art of unarmed self-defence originating with the samurai. Ju-Jitsu is often described as “the yielding art.” Rather than meeting force with force, practitioners learn to use an attacker’s momentum and strength to gain control.
