Juan Medical also serves as an outsourced outpatient partner for hospitals, extending care beyond facility walls and closer to where patients are. Juan Medical was founded from personal loss and lived experience. Founder Jasmine Elizabeth Bautista started the company after losing her 20-year-old cousin within six hours in Bulacan, due to delayed access to care caused by fragmented scheduling, long hospital queues, and the distance to hospitals. She realized that when going to care is difficult, care itself must be able to go to the patient, revealing a critical gap in healthcare delivery: care that exists, but is often unreachable when it matters most. Bootstrapped and operating for over five years, Juan Medical is built on operational discipline, medical integrity, and a deep understanding of both corporate and home-based healthcare needs. The company is led by two women founders: Jasmine Elizabeth Bautista, a health communicator and graduate of De La Salle University Manila, and Dr. Tanya Marie Cabais-Liscano, a licensed physician, Occupational Health diplomate, and graduate of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute, who has served in government hospitals. Juan Medical is supported by healthcare advisors based in Switzerland and India, informing global standards in healthcare systems and medication expertise. Our approach emphasizes specialized, genuine care, particularly for patients with chronic conditions, while supporting organizations through reliable, scalable outpatient solutions.
