JUDO CLUB SAULNES

Judo Club Saulnes is a community judo club based at the dojo on Place du 8 Mai 1945 in Saulnes, France, with access through the boulodrome. The club offers age-based judo classes for children and young people, adapting instruction to participants’ ages and levels of maturity. Its schedule includes sessions on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with groups ranging from children aged four to participants aged 21 and over. Class times may change during the year depending on the availability of the venue, and workshops are also planned according to children’s ages.

The club emphasizes the values of judo, including politeness, courage, friendship, self-control, sincerity, modesty, honour and respect. Members are asked to wear a clean white judogi; girls should wear a white T-shirt under the jacket. For safety, judogi must not have buttons, zippers or other hard objects. As the dojo has no changing room, students are asked to arrive already dressed for training. Wall protection work is underway to improve safety at the venue.
