Judo Ju-Jitsu Seynois is a martial arts club based in La Seyne-sur-Mer, France, with a history dating back to its founding on 10 September 1949. Affiliated with the French Judo Federation, the club offers training for children from age four, pre-teens, teenagers and adults. Classes welcome beginners and experienced participants, with options for recreational practice or competition.

The programme includes judo, ju-jitsu, ne-waza (ground techniques) and kata, as well as physical conditioning and preparation for higher grades. Children learn through age-appropriate activities, developing balance, safe falling and basic techniques; older students can progress through technical practice, randori and optional competition. Ju-jitsu sessions cover self-defence, including responses to holds and strikes, while dedicated kata training supports preparation for advanced grades.

Classes are led by state-qualified instructors and take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at Salle du collège L’Herminier, Stade Squilacci. The club provides information on schedules and enrolment, welcomes participants of all levels, and offers a reduced family rate.
