Judo Club Villardois

Judo Club Villars les Dombes is a community martial arts and fitness club based in Villars-les-Dombes, France. It welcomes children and adults to train in judo and jujitsu, and offers women’s self-defence, taïso and muscle-strengthening activities. Classes take place primarily at the municipal dojo on the upper floor of the Halle des Sports, with some sessions held at a former dojo above the basketball hall.

The club provides age-group judo sessions for young children, mini-poussins, poussins and benjamins, as well as jujitsu and strengthening sessions for older participants. Its programme includes introductory sports activities for babies and young children, and the club publishes seasonal schedules, fees and registration information. Classes are led by club teachers and supported by volunteer instructors. The club notes that it does not currently offer classes for minimes and cadets, but can direct interested families to a partner club. With activities spanning martial arts, self-defence and fitness, it serves local residents seeking structured training at different ages and experience levels.
