Judoschool Onaji is an Amsterdam judo school offering classes for children, young people and adults at several locations throughout the city. Its programme welcomes children from age three, with short Buiteljudoles sessions for younger beginners that use age-appropriate movement and wrestling games to help them build coordination, cooperation and awareness of others. From age four, children can attend a trial lesson at any location. The school also offers ZekerBewegen for adults aged 55 and over, focusing on learning to fall safely, get up and keep moving through regular practice. Onaji’s teaching team consists of JBN-qualified judo instructors, including teachers and a trainer-coach. The school shares news about exams, club championships and competitions, and invites prospective students to try a class.
