Judy White Doula

Judy White - Doula, LLC provides birth, postpartum, bereavement, and lactation support to families in Wyckoff and the Bergen and Morris County area. With an emphasis on experienced, compassionate care, Judy helps parents feel informed, supported, and more confident through pregnancy, birth, and the transition home with a baby. Birth doula services include preparation and support for families planning hospital, birth center, or home births, and can complement care from any obstetrician or midwife. Support is also available to families building their families through surrogacy or adoption.

Postpartum packages offer practical and emotional assistance after birth, including help with feeding, comfort, and household needs so families can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding. In-home breastfeeding and lactation consultations can address pump setup, flange sizing, and feeding or pumping schedules to support milk supply and personal feeding goals. The practice also offers bereavement doula care for families facing serious complications or potential loss, providing gentle support for parents and their loved ones.
