Julia Hettler-Zugec is a physiotherapy practice focused on improving health and well-being through an individual, whole-person approach. A state-recognised physiotherapist since 2009, Julia draws on extensive professional development, including osteopathically oriented training, to look beyond symptoms and consider how the body functions as a whole. She is also a qualified naturopath for physiotherapy and, since 2025, a certified PhysioPelvica therapist through AG GGUP.

The practice offers physiotherapy and related treatments including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, classical massage, craniosacral therapy, osteopathic techniques, spinal therapy based on the Dorn and Breuss methods, kinesiology taping, and relaxation massage. A particular focus is pelvic health: Julia treats pelvic-area conditions in women and men and provides pelvic floor assessments and therapy, postnatal recovery classes, and pelvic floor exercise courses.

Julia also co-founded Ladysache with a colleague. The project shares information about women’s health through talks and offers online courses focused on pelvic floor stability, allowing women to exercise flexibly at home and at their own pace.
