Julia Helbling

Julia Helbling, LLC provides Equine Ortho-Bionomy®, a gentle, non-forceful form of osteopathic bodywork intended to support comfort, balance, and ease in horses. The approach works with the horse rather than using force, drawing on the body’s own reflexes and responses to help release tension and bring awareness to holding patterns. Sessions are described as painless and non-invasive, and may address physical structure as well as emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Julia Helbling has studied and practiced Ortho-Bionomy® since 2001. Her experience spans many areas of the equine world, including racehorses and the people who work with them, as well as dressage, hunter-jumpers, carriage horses, children’s ponies, and therapy horses. She brings a practical, grounded, and non-judgmental approach to her work, supporting the integration of body, mind, and spirit. Julia welcomes opportunities to share her expertise with people and their animals and can travel to clients’ homes or farms.
