Julie Keys Bump, Birth & Baby provides antenatal and early-parenting classes for families in Airdrie and Hamilton, Lanarkshire. Founded by Julie Keys, the independent business aims to help expectant and new parents build confidence, gain practical skills and find a supportive local community. Julie brings more than 14 years of experience supporting families and draws on her own experience of postnatal depression to foster welcoming, understanding spaces.

Services cover pregnancy through a baby’s first year. Expectant parents can join weekly antenatal classes, an antenatal couples workshop and pregnancy yoga, with sessions addressing birth preparation, breathing and active birth techniques. The programme also includes pregnancy massage and an infant-feeding workshop, available in person or online.
