Jumpfest

Salisbury Winter Sports Association (SWSA) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization based in Salisbury, Connecticut, dedicated to fostering ski jumping across generations. Celebrating a century of the sport in Salisbury, SWSA helps people of different ages develop the skills and confidence needed for safe, enjoyable ski jumping, while encouraging self-reliance, grit, fair play, and a lasting love of sport.

The association runs Learn to Jump opportunities and Winter Jump Camp, alongside Jumpfest, its signature winter event. Jumpfest features ski jumping competitions and related activities, including the Eastern National Ski Jumping Championships, which SWSA works to keep as an annual Salisbury event through continued improvements to its snowmaking capabilities. Its calendar also includes a Human Dog Sled Race, a ski swap and sale, a golf tournament, and the Brew-Ski Fest. SWSA shares event information, results, news, and livestream access to activities at Satre Hill. Supported by community members and donors, the organization promotes participation in ski jumping and the friendships and values fostered by the sport.
