The Jung Center

The Jung Center is a Houston-based nonprofit offering a welcoming forum for exploring psychology, art, spirituality, and the questions that shape our lives. For more than sixty years, it has brought people together for learning, reflection, and personal growth through classes, events, and community programs, with both in-person and online learning opportunities. Its programs include the Community for Conscious Aging, focused on vitality, purpose, wisdom, and grace; Creating Your Life, which explores the relationship between art and psychology; the McMillan Institute for Jungian Studies, devoted to C.

G. Jung and analytical psychology; and the Mind Body Spirit Institute, which offers events, consulting services, and professional training. The Center also provides community outreach and self-care resources, including workshops that support caregivers and promote emotional wellness.

Its nonprofit gallery in Houston’s Museum District presents work by local, Texas-based, emerging, and established artists, alongside a permanent collection by Peter Birkhäuser. Visitors can also explore exhibitions, attend public events, volunteer, become members, and support the Center’s work through donations
