The Junior Premier League (JPL) is a renowned brand that has been developing young footballing talent since 2011. As the only national league in England for youth players from U7 to U18, the JPL is dedicated to providing players with a premier experience and driving innovation in player development. With over 25,000 players, the JPL is the largest league in the country.

The JPL prioritizes player development by creating a playing environment where players can express themselves without fear of making mistakes or the result. They enforce a minimum game time rule, ensuring that every player selected for a matchday squad plays at least 50% of the game. To enhance individual performance, matches are structured over multiple periods for different age groups.

All JPL coaches are required to have a minimum Level 2 coaching certification, guaranteeing that players receive the best chance to reach their potential. With an unrivaled player pathway, 1 in 11 JPL players progress into an English Professional academy, while many others advance to high-level non-professional football and college football. In addition to representative teams and coaching camps, the JPL offers players the opportunity to attend both domestic and international tournaments.

The JPL also assists clubs in their development through marketing support, technical plans, and training plans. With matchday assessors monitoring touchline behavior, the JPL ensures a positive environment for players to express themselves and develop a love for the game. Committed to becoming the best league in England, the JPL is expanding its reach into other countries as well.
