Junior World Golf

Junior World Golf is a prestigious organization dedicated to fostering international camaraderie and cultural understanding through the sport of golf. Established in 1968, the organization began with the inaugural Junior World Golf Championship in San Diego, founded by John W. Brown, A.S. "Lou" Smith, and Norrie West. Over the years, it has expanded significantly, now welcoming 1,250 young golfers from 56 countries and 42 states, making it the largest international junior golf event globally.

Junior World Golf's mission is centered on the youth, providing them with a unique platform to connect and engage through competitive golf while promoting a spirit of unity. Participants compete in various categories, including 15-18 and 14-under qualifiers. The event emphasizes affordable access to golf, allowing young athletes to grow both in the game and as individuals. With a rich history and a commitment to cultural exchange, Junior World Golf continues to inspire future generations of golfers and global citizens.
